The UpShift Logic, LLC uses cookies and similar technologies to help provide, protect, and improve the UpShift Logic Web Portal and UpShift Logic applications. When this policy mentions “UpShift Logic,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to the UpShift Logic in its capacity as the Data Controller. That is, the responsible party for your information under this Privacy Statement. The UpShift Logic’s websites and applications, collectively, will hereinafter be referred to as the “UpShift Logic Web Portal.” What is a "cookie"? Purpose
We may also allow certain business partners to place these technologies on the UpShift Logic Web Portal. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. Marketing services Third parties may also use such tracking technologies to serve ads that they believe are most likely to be of interest to you and measure the effectiveness of their ads both on the UpShift Logic Web Portal and on other websites and online services. Third party social plugins The UpShift Logic Web Portal may use social plugins provided and operated by third parties, such as Facebook’s “like” button. As a result of this, you may send to the third party the information that you are viewing on a certain part of the UpShift Logic Web Portal. If you are not logged into your account with the third party, then the third party may not know your identity. If you are logged in to your account with the third party, then the third party may be able to link information or actions about your interactions with the UpShift Logic Web Portal to your account with them. Third Parties
